Randstad APAC was faced with a challenge that is quite commonplace across the recruitment industry: busy client solution consultants who lacked time to follow up with marketing-generated leads or actively reach out to prospect net new accounts and book meetings. The marketing team spent significant budget and resources on generating valuable sales collaterals, including white-papers, strategic content, and case studies. 

However, they were scarcely used by the consultants for demand generation. Marketing generated leads were also not adequately followed up with, resulting in sales-marketing misalignment.
